The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility features some of the region's most experienced clinicians and researchers who excel in comprehensive infertility evaluations and treatment, therapy for hormonal disorders that cause menstrual irregularity, unusual hair growth, altered sexual development, recurrent miscarriages, menopausal problems, and surgical procedures including advanced operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. We operate a state-of-the-art Fertility Center with an in vitro fertilization program that has the highest live delivery rates in Kentucky.

The division has extensive research facilities for a number of projects germane to the specialty.

Our fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology is a three-year program that provides an intense educational experience in the clinical and research aspects of the specialty, which covers all areas of infertility, contraception, and menopause, plus operative endoscopy, laser surgery, and microsurgery.
