Guest of Ben Lovely; Electron Microscopy (EM) Capabilities at UofL From imaging macrophages to extracellular vesicles, knowing what EM capabilities are available on campus and which technique to utilize can be a daunting challenge. Presented will be our current EM capabilities, new capabilities in collaboration with other academic institutions and how to get started. EM techniques will include SEM, TEM, Cryo EM, Single Particle Analysis, Cryo ET and Volume EM.
