Director lectures on birth of constitutional statesmanship
Gary Gregg, director of the McConnell Center at the University of Louisville and the Mitch McConnell Chair in Leadership at the University of Louisville, delivered a public address and spoke with an honors class at Robert Morris University today. His public address was entitled, "Tempting Washington: George Washington and the Birth of Constitutional Statesmanship."
The events were hosted by the RMU Honors Program and the Intercollegiate Studies Institute.
An expert on the U.S. presidency and George Washington, Gregg has written six academic books and made nationally televised appearances. He is currently working on a book project focusing on Washington's formative years.
