McConnell Center hires Natalie Tracy '16
Louisville, Ky. (March 6, 2025) - The McConnell Center is pleased to announce that Natalie Tracy ’16 has been hired to lead the strategic and tactical marketing and communications initiatives for the McConnell Center. In this new role, she will also collaborate with Dr. Gary Gregg and other team members to design and coordinate the academic and programmatic endeavors of the McConnell Scholars.
McConnell Center Director Dr. Gary Gregg is excited to welcome Tracy, an alumna of the McConnell Scholars Program, back to the organization.
"Natalie was a stellar McConnell Scholar and a wonderful colleague. It is so good to have her back on the team where she will help tell our story and nurture our students," Gregg said.
Tracy joins the McConnell Center from the Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement at the University of Louisville, where she served as the assistant director of communications and marketing. A native of Hardin County, Kentucky, Tracy is excited to return to the McConnell Center.
"Coming to the McConnell Center feels like coming home,” Tracy said. “I’m excited to use my skills to benefit the McConnell Center’s communications efforts. Because the scholars program meant so much to me as a student, I also look forward to working with current scholars and supporting them in their undergraduate careers.”
Tracy began her new role on Feb. 26. She is a 2016 graduate of the University of Louisville, where she studied English and political science with a minor in history.
