Three Brandeis professors’ papers among top downloads on SSRN
Brandeis School of Law Professors Laura Rothstein, Jim Jones and Ariana Levinson all had papers recently listed on the Social Science Research Network’s Top Ten download list.
Rothstein’s paper, “The Americans with Disabilities Act and Higher Education 25 Years Later: An Update on the History and Current Disability Discrimination Issues for Higher Education” was listed among the top 10 for discrimination law and employment discrimination topics, as well as the top 10 list for LSN: Employment Statutes and LSN: Discrimination Law.
Levinson’s paper ‘Founding Worker Cooperatives: Social Movement Theory and Law” was among the top downloaded for the subtopic of civil society, civic engagement, social movements & protest.
Jones’ “High Functioning: Successful Professionals with Severe Mental Illness” was a top download on Health Law eJournals, while his paper titled “Abuse of Elders with Mental Illness: Generally an International and Specifically a United States Perspective” was a top 10 download for the Health Care Law & Policy eJournal.
