Prof. Laura Rothstein presents on disability law at higher ed conference
Brandeis School of Law Professor Laura Rothstein delivered a full-day presentation on Disability Law at the National Conference on Law and Higher Education, an event hosted by the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law & Policy at Stetson University College of Law.
Her presentation covered a range of topics, including animals on campus, accessible technology, mental health issues, accommodations for students and faculty, health care professional programs and physical plant issues.
During her 42 years in legal education, she has written 16 books and dozens of book chapters, articles, and other works on disability discrimination, covering a broad range of issues, with an emphasis on disability discrimination in higher education.
