Amber Shaw ('97) named chief public defender of Clark County

After 15 years as a public defender, Brandeis Law alumna Amber Shaw ('97) is now the chief public defender of Clark County, Ind., reports the News and Tribune. She began July 1, 2016.

Shaw will be responsible for the administration of the office, including its 12 part-time public defenders handling felony and misdemeanor cases, according to the story.
