Short Term Housing
University of Louisville Campus Housing offers a limited number of apartments for individuals who have a relationship with the university and need a flexible housing option. To request short-term housing, complete the Short Term Housing Application.
Medical-Dental Apartments – Health Sciences Campus
Studio-style and one-bedroom apartments are available for short-term housing guests at the Medical-Dental Apartments, our main short-term housing location, located in downtown Louisville on our Health Sciences Campus. Conveniently situated near the School of Public Health, the School of Dental Hygiene, and UofL hospital, the Medical-Dental Apartments is an ideal location for short-term housing guests staying for clinical rotations or university research. Affiliated Apartment Communities – Belknap Campus
Limited short-term housing availability is also available at our affiliated apartment properties, located on the Belknap campus. These apartment communities are privately owned and managed and have a professional relationship with Campus Housing. Our affiliated apartment communities are:

All short-term housing at the Medical-Dental Apartments include:
- Two (2) twin-extra long beds (no linens provided)
- Kitchen area with stove, oven, and refrigerator
- Desk and chair
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Soft seating (sofa or love seat)
- High speed internet access/complimentary wireless internet (WiFi)
- Heat/air conditioning
- Water/all utilities included
- Laundry machines located on each floor
- Please note that our laundry machines operate via coin and credit account set-ups. Complimentary laundry services are not provided. For more information, visit our Laundry Services website.
Amenities in the affiliated properties vary. For more information about amenities at our affiliated properties, contact us at email@example.com. Please note that private phones are not available in any of our short-term housing options.
Assignments are made based on availability, and we cannot guarantee that short-term housing will be available during your timeframe.
All requests for short-term housing must be made at least 14 days in advance of your projected arrival date. Once we receive your short-term housing application, we will give you a short-term housing assignment based on availability and time of stay.
Linens can be provided upon request for an additional charge. Our linen packages include:
- Two (2) twin extra-long sheets
- One (1) twin extra-long fleece blanket
- One (1) pillowcase
- One (1) hand towel
- One (1) washcloth
- One (1) bath towel
Pillows and additional linens are available upon request. If you would like to request linens for your stay, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org after completing the short-term housing application.
Policies and Procedures
Campus Housing promotes a safe, convenient, and inclusive environment for conferences and their guests. To better serve those who choose to stay with us, we have several important policies and procedures that we require all parties to follow. For short-term housing guests, the rates are:
- $40 per person per night if staying up to 30 nights, or
- $35 per person per night if staying over 30 nights
The amount for your short-term stay must be paid in full before you arrive.
