Technology Administration Job Request Form
Please use the form below to request large and/or sophisticated jobs from the Coordinator for Technology Administration for Campus Housing at UofL.
Jobs that can be requested via this form include (but are not limited to):
- Large webpage/website edits
- Webpage creation/migration/deletion
- Webform creation/migration/deletion
- Large audits (e.g., audits of door access and audits of card usage)
- Door access removal/edits/additions for multiple students
- Removal or migration of hardware (e.g., moving a computer from one office to another)
- Installation or removal of new hardware (e.g., printers, laptops, and docks)
- Technology onboarding for new hires
- Updates to the Housing Operations team calendar
Please note that all job requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of the due date of the job. Job requests that are submitted later than two weeks before the deadline may be rejected and/or may not be completed by the due date.
