Maintenance Request Instructions

Students who are wanting to submit a maintenance request for their room, must now do so in the Housing Portal. Common requests are for broken or damaged items to be fixes, broken or damaged items to be replaced, or pest control issue.

Student can access the Housing Portal on our homepage by following these steps:

1. After entering the portal, select the "Maintenance Requests" button at the bottom of the main landing page.

2. Select your current bed spaces assignment, and click Next Step.

3. Enter in the appropriate information for your request, including any pictures you want to share. 

4. Click Finish to save your request form. It will be reviewed by our maintenance staff, and you should receive a confirmation email at your University email account on file.
