ON PAUSE FOR SPRING 2022: U-Fit- A program for students to either begin their journey to fitness, or to take their current fitness to a new level. U-FIT offers a multitude of services such as: FitTest & Coaching. U-Fit is a program for students to either begin their journey to fitness or to take their current fitness to a new level. U-FIT is a wellbeing coaching service that includes 4 one-on-one sessions with your very own fit coach which includes fitness assessments and a personalized fitness program. U-Fit is offered by Health Promotion in the SRC.
FitAccountability - You can sign up to have your U-Fit Coach check in on you to keep you motivated and send you reminders to come in for a follow up to track your progress and keep you up to date with your program!
REFIT - REFIT® is a workout you can feel good about! With powerful moves and positive music, you'll discover an inspiring workout that changes your body, mind and soul. This cardio-focused class is effective and FUN -- perfect for beginners and challenging for fitness enthusiasts. Drop in for a REFIT class, they are free and no sign up required. Join the UofL Health Promotion office on Tuesdays at 5:15 PM in SAC East Gym.
