Taking short breaks throughout the day provides the opportunity for a mental reset, thus reducing stress and anxiety.

I hereby agree to waive, release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and indemnify and hold harmless the University of Louisville, and its officers, employees, trustees and agents, from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action and demands of whatever type, whether in law or in equity, with respect to injury, disability, death or other harm to person or property or both, which may arise from or occur during my participation in this fitness program. It is my expressed intent that this waiver and release shall extend to my family, heirs, representatives, successors and assigns. This shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
