Beginner Mat Yoga

Inclusive yoga and stretching for every BODY. Open to students, staff and faculty. In person and virtual. 

There will be no mat yoga for Spring and Summer. Please check back for Fall 2024 schedule. 

Chair Yoga/Mindful Movement

A 15-minute stretch class at your desk. A chance to pause and give your body a break in your chair. Join us on Teams for this virtual class.

Koru Mindfulness 4-week Course

Koru Mindfulness Basics and Koru 2.0 are evidence-based 4-session courses that offer mindfulness, meditation, and stress management skills for daily life. Open to students, staff and faculty. Staff and faculty can earn 300 Get Healthy Now points for attending one of these course. Sign up below:
