Once you’ve enrolled in the confidential Health Advocate Chronic Condition Support program, a Nurse Coach will be contacting you about beginning your coaching sessions. Body Breaks

Need to recharge, refocus or just looking for some extra movement throughout your day? Join the Get Healthy Now Team for our 2-5 minute "Body Breaks" that will help increase blood flow and improve focus and concentration. Taking short breaks throughout the day provides the opportunity for a mental reset, thus reducing stress and anxiety.
