Wellness Wednesdays
Wellness Wednesdays
Currently, the university has several significant campus-wide projects underway including, but not limited to, the transition to WorkdayHR (new HCM system) and a Compensation & Total Rewards Study. Most all these projects will coincide with the holiday season, which can already be stressful and overwhelming.
Well-being of our employees is important, and we know our faculty and staff may need a moment to de-stress during these project implementations and the approaching holiday season. As such, Get Healthy Now and partners across campuses will host “Wellness Wednesdays” beginning Nov. 2 to provide employees an opportunity to relax, de-stress, and improve overall well-being.
Special thank you to our partners across campus to make these events possible:
- Athletics
- Campus Recreation
- Employee Success Center
- Health Promotion
- Human Resources (Get Healthy Now)
- School of Medicine S.M.A.R.T. Staff
