The award-winning Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL) launched in 1975 and with the support of employers, organizations, non-profits, military, government, etc., this program has trained and graduated thousands of alumni. It is an innovative and future-oriented degree designed for adults with 5 or more years of work and/or military training, and offers eight (8) tracks.
