Mike Jett is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, and has the Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification. He has over 15 years of personal and group fitness training experience, 5 years of small business ownership, and 4 years of high school track/cross-country coaching experience. He teaches Foundations of Exercise Physiology, Fitness Assessment and Prescription, Exercise Science Internship, and Senior Seminar.
