Kay Redfield Jamison is a 2018 Pulitzer Prize Finalist in Biography
Kay Redfield Jamison, the Dalio Professor of Mood Disorders and Associate Director of the Depression Center at Johns Hopkins University, was the speaker for the annual benefit dinner at the University of Louisville Depression Center on October 19th, 2017. She spoke to a mental health advocates and clinicians on “Touched with Fire: Mania, Genius, and Character,” her book on the poet, Robert Lowell. This book is now a The 2018 Pulitzer Prize Finalist in Biography. The book discusses the relationship between bipolar disorder and creativity.
