The Chair called the Assembly to order at 3:05.

Professor Wise moved that the Assembly move to Committee of the Whole for continuing discussion of the proposed personnel policy. The motion was seconded.

After discussion, Professor Cumbler moved that the committee rise and report the recommendations of the Committee of the Whole.

The Committee rose. A quorum count was called by Professor Cumbler. In the absence of a quorum, the Chair declared the Assembly in recess until 3:00 pm Tuesday, February 12.
