Full-time staff employed at UofL as regular status. Eligible candidates must be nominated by an employee whom they currently supervise or have supervised in the past.

$400 and a framed certificate

Nominees for this award will have demonstrated the following qualities:

• Maintained a work environment which demonstrated and supported work/life balance, professional development, and performance management
• Demonstrated equitable and respectful treatment of all staff
• Motivated peers and employees
• Demonstrated other leadership qualities
