 NOTE:  IRADS currently has two vacant positions which may not be filled until after July 15, 2025 due to budget constraints at the university.
**CURRENTLY ALL DATA REQUESTS REQUIRE 20-25 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS.**

Students (Admissions, Credit Hours, Degrees, Enrollment, Financial Aid, Graduation Rates, Retention Rates, Tuition, Incoming Class Profile, Transfer Students)
Faculty/Staff Data
Budget Reports

Will the data be used for a dashboard?  If yes, Institutional Research and Planning must have administrative access to the dashboard for data validation/verification.


Is this request for a committee?  Please indicate whether the information is being requested by a University committee. This will ensure that reports are not duplicated.


 

Survey Requests

Requests for protected class data will need to be accompanied by a business reason (please provide your reasoning as a separate attachment to your data request).  Your request and business reason will be forwarded to the Vice Provost for Assessment and University Decision Support/Analytics as well as the Office of Institutional Equity for approval.  Please anticipate additional time needed to complete these requests.  The Office of Institutional Research, Analytics, and Decision Support is no longer permitted to provide other identifying information including social security number and/or student/employee ID number.
