Workday Maintenance Schedule
Planned maintenance windows list when the Workday system is scheduled to be offline. It is possible for sign-on to become available before the listed time for the weekly service update. If an additional mandatory update is needed, we will post information on Announcements on Workday system landing page at least 48 hours prior.
Weekly maintenance occurs every Saturday: 2am to 6am
Monthly service updates occur every third Saturday: 2am to 10am
Quarterly updates planned on the month’s third Saturday: 2am to 2pm
Additional release patches will occur twice yearly and extend the quarterly window: 2am to 6pm
