The Speed Museum Parking Garage is our parking recommendation and we have a discount coupon for this location. If it is full, you can try the surface lot near the North Information booth or the Floyd Street Garage (entrance near Starbucks on Floyd Street). Please arrive early for your exam in case the parking garage/lot you plan to use is full. You can also visit U of L's PARKING website to purchase a printable visitors parking permit in advance for the East Brandies lot near the North Information Booth and Davidson Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: On Saturday and Sunday you may park for free in any available parking space on campus except the yellow/orange resident or handicapped spaces. We recommend the red lot between the School of Music and the College of Business. There is a fee to park in the Speed Art Museum Garage on weekends, and discount coupons will not be given.
Bring the required form(s) of ID with you. See the acceptable documents listed here or from information provided by your employer. Your appointment cannot be completed without the required document(s). Since your appointment will most likely be less than 20 minutes, we suggest trying to park at a meter next to the North Information Center. You can also visit U of L's PARKING website to purchase a printable visitors parking permit in advance for the East Brandies lot near the North Information Booth and Davidson Hall or park in the J.B. Speed Art Museum Parking Garage.
Inclement Weather closures will be announced on our phone line and website.
We tend to err on the side of caution because if WE close, test vendors USUALLY allow candidates to reschedule at no charge.
If we remain open, and a candidate cannot get to the appointment, the candidate is charged to reschedule.
**In the event that our office is CLOSED for inclement weather, vendors (PSI, PAN, Kryterion, Meazure and PROV) should reach out to you with information on how to reschedule your exam.
