Spanish, French, German, Russian placement exam information is on the Modern Languages website.  The Classical and  Modern Language Department can also be reached by calling 502-852-6686. 

All results are subject to departmental approval and policies. Further information on those policies can be found in the undergraduate catalog.

Latin Placement is given in our office.         

It will not be offered during freshmen orientation so schedule accordingly.   

1. Choose Group: Latin Placement Exam
2. Choose the date and time for your test.
3. Enter your information including U of L Student ID number.
4. Pay the fee.
5. Check your email for a confirmation which includes information on rescheduling. 
6. Bring your current, government-issued photo ID with you on test day.

ADA Accommodations:  

If you have received ADA accommodations such as extended time, reduced distraction, a reader or a scribe from U of L's Disabilities Resource Center (502-852-6938), please call our office BEFORE scheduling any exam.
