Administrative Staff

The Cards Camp Administrative Staff is a team of UofL professionals responsible for the programming, operations, and oversight of Cards Camp.

Melissa Eversole

Associate Director of Admissions

Melissa's Cell:

Melissa has been a member of the Cardinal Family for 10 years. She is an Associate Director of Admissions and serves as Camp Director for Cards Camp. She was one of the coordinators for the first ever Cards Camp in 2019 and has been a member of the Cards Camp Staff each year it has been hosted.

Ashleigh Hood

Program Coordinator, Sr. for Orientation

This will be Ashleigh's third summer at Cards Camp and on the Orientation Programs team. Ashleigh was also an extended orientation camp counselor at her undergraduate institution.

Logan Richardson

Admissions Counselor, Sr. for the College of Business

Logan was an undergraduate student at the University of Louisville, during which he served as a Student Orientation Staffer (SOSer) in 2020 and as a Cards Camp Counselor (C3) in 2022. In 2024, Logan is joining the professional staff at camp for the first time.

Sara Eversole

Cards Camp Assistant

Sara is an undergraduate student at UofL studying Public Health and has been a member of the Student Orientation Staff for 3 years, worked in the Office of Orientation for 3 years, and has been both a Cards Camp Counselor (2022) and a Cards Camp Assistant (2023).

Ruby Mason

Cards Camp Assistant

Ruby is an undergraduate student at UofL studying Neuroscience and has been a member of the Student Orientation Staff for 2 years as both a small group leader and administrative lead.

Our Cards Camp Counselors (C3s) are excited to meet and welcome you to the Cardinal Family! They will guide you through your entire camp experience as your color team leaders and college peer mentors.
