UofL Student National Medical Association Chapter

About

The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is a Recognized Student Organization (RSO) at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. SNMA’s national mission revolves around supporting not only the needs of underrepresented minority medical students but also addressing the needs of the underserved communities where medical schools are based. Our chapter organizes and participates in various networking/professional development events, conferences, mentoring programs and volunteer opportunities in the community. We hope to help foster a more equitable medical community that creates clinically competent and socially conscious physicians.
