Dr. Sushma Chandan is a Gratis Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery in the Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at UofL. Prior to joining University of Louisville, Dr. Chandan served as Chief of PM&R at Atlanta VA Hospital and staff physician with academic appointment at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA. Dr. Chandan joined the UofL School of Medicine Department of Neurosurgery in 2018.

Dr. Chandan received her MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, India. She completed her PM&R residency and Pain Fellowship at Emory University. She is board certified in PM&R and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
