Dr. Jacob Schultz is an Assistant Professor with the UofL School of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery, Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is an Inpatient Attending Physician with UofL Health – Frazier Rehabilitation Institution. Dr. Schultz is currently the head of the Medically Complex Rehab Service. His areas of specialization are amputee rehab and electrodiagnostic testing.

Dr. Schultz received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
