Dr. Mistry is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He has special expertise in treating primary and metastatic tumors of the brain, nerves, skull, and spine.

He strives to provide the highest quality, cutting-edge neurosurgical care with a humanistic and scientific approach. Dr. Mistry’s treatment approach is team-based, and the patient is at the center of this team. His research interests are genomic characterization of brain tumors and testing novel treatments through clinical trials in an effort to improve brain tumor treatments. Therefore, he strongly believes in providing patients opportunities to participate in the latest research on the diseases and conditions that affect them.
