Clinical Focus and Research:

Dr. Anthony E. Dragun is Associate Professor and Vice Chairman of Radiation Oncology at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center. Dr. Dragun completed his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at Colgate University, his M.D. at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and his post-graduate board certification in Radiation Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Dragun is the author of two textbook chapters and over three dozen peer-reviewed scientific articles in the field of radiation oncology, specifically alternative treatment regimens for breast cancer and other malignancies. He is the principal investigator of the only once-weekly breast cancer radiotherapy trial in the US and has been recognized by the American Society of Radiation Oncology and the American Brachytherapy Society for his research.
