Leadership Talk with Historian and Archivist Tom Owen
Historian and Archivist Tom Owen reflects on how his half-century work—so far—has been informed by the humanities. Owen served as an elected member of the Louisville Board of Aldermen/Metro Council for 22 years while simultaneously working as the Archivist for Regional History at UofL’s Archives and Special Collections. He insists that “the vigorous interplay between “then and now” makes us more effective humans.
