- The Christian Legal Society is a conglomeration of law students who look forward to practicing law in a way that is consistent with their faith.
- Disability & Allied Law Students Association
- This organization will advocate and provide resources for Brandeis Law School students with disabilities and/or allies who are seeking a career in Disability Law or Advocacy.

- Founded in 1982, the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a group of conservatives and libertarians dedicated to reforming the current legal order.
- If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice
- If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice at UofL is a student organization at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. If/When/How focuses on lawyering for reproductive justice, and places a large emphasis on educating while appreciating the intersectionalities involved in reproductive issues.

- The Moot Court Board at the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law organizes and oversees more than twenty moot court competitions each year.
- Sports & Entertainment Law Society
- The NSELS, Brandeis Chapter, is hereby created by law students to provide its members with both professional and social opportunities for networking in order to facilitate connecting students who want to pursue a legal career in sports and entertainment law with future colleagues and potential employers.
- Student Bar Association
- The Student Bar Association is the official organization of student governance at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, and as such, represents student concerns and interests to the academic and legal communities.
