2023 UofL Climate Survey Results Delayed Until October

The Office of Institutional Equity, in collaboration with the Office of Academic Planning and Accountability, administered climate surveys to the UofL community in Spring 2023.  This year national surveys administered by The Great Colleges to Work For, Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), and Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) were used to collect data.  These national surveys were administered in place of the in-house surveys used in the past because they allow us to assess ourselves in comparison to peer institutions.

 All survey results were expected to be received by this summer; however, we are still waiting to receive results from some of the surveys.  Once received, we will be hard at work analyzing the data and developing consolidated action plans to address issues and celebrate areas where we are making positive progress.
