The Media Center hosts videos and other multi-media presentations by Depression Center faculty and guest experts in depression and depression treatment. The videos seek to educate the general public about depression and mood disorders and treatment options and are a part of the educational program of the Depression Center.

Annual Depression Center Conference
The Annual Depression Center Conference features presentations from some of the world’s leading authorities on psychiatric disorders. Other speakers give lectures and workshops on some of the newest breakthroughs in treatment of depression.
2020 Depression and Mood Disorders Conference
Depression Center Annual Conference Goes Virtual
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the 14th Annual Conference of the UofL Depression Center will be held remotely on Novemeber 5th and 6th, 2020. As in past years, the program will feature leading experts in mental health treatment and will offer rich opportunities for learning. This year’s conference will feature keynote speakers, Judith Beck, Ph.D., one of the world’s most influential psychotherapists, and Boadie Dunlop, M.D., a top authority on the novel uses of psychedelics in treatment of depression. Full CME credits will be available to registrants.
