Aside from a continuing athletic career, what do you want to do/be when you graduate?
When I graduate I want to take a year to travel, get an internship, and start applying to grad school. 

What is it that drew you to your major?
I love learning about behavior. I have always loved history and science and I feel like psychology is a sort of a blend of the two.

If you were to recommend your major to someone, what would you say about it?
I would say it's incredibly interesting. You learn so much and get to take a lot of diverse courses.

What has been your favorite college course that you have taken thus far? Why?
My favorite course that I have taken so far is cognitive psychology where I got to study mental processes, including perception, thinking, learning, and memory. It is super interesting and I've met a lot of great people in the class.

When you're not practicing/training or studying, what do you like to do?
I love watching documentaries on YouTube or Netflix. I also like listening to podcasts and music. When I'm home, I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and playing with my dog.

Who is your role model, and why?
I would say both my parents are my role models. They both pursued their passions and education while working hard to support themselves and a future family. They also supported me through softball since I was 6 and I appreciate them so much.
