Steven Enoch
Sport: Basketball
Major: Communication
What is it that drew you to your major?
It's a field that I always wanted to get better in for my future. Communicating with others is important for all of us.
If you were to recommend your major to someone, what would you say about it?
It can help you a lot with networking, improving your communication skills, and can give you a chance to be a good spokesperson in order to really connect with others.
What has been your favorite college course that you have taken thus far? Why?
Public Speaking. I don't necessarily like public speaking, but I learned a lot from the class and it's something I want to be able to do well.
What's your favorite thing about Louisville? Favorite thing about UofL? Why?
The culture at UofL is better than any other school I have visited. The UofL community is very committed to diversity. The students are really set up for success here. My favorite thing about the city is the fan support and the abundance of great places to eat.
What's the best advice you've ever received?
Time waits for no man.
Which three people (living or dead) would you invite to dinner and why?
Martin Luther King, Jr., Muhammad Ali and LeBron James. I'd like to pick each of their brains about their legacy, their commitment to social justice, and what it was that helped them get so far in their lives.
