Add 2015-2016 events to Localist calendar

In order to better promote and coordinate publicity for A&S events, we are creating an A&S wide calendar. Please enter all of your 2015-16 events into the University calendar system, Localist, as soon as possible. (If you need instructions for using Localist, please watch this YouTube instructional video.) You don’t need all the details ironed out; you can go back in and make changes later. Your event must be in Localist for it to appear on the University or A&S calendars.

State of the University held Sept. 16
The annual State of the University event will be held Wed., Sept. 16, at 2:30 p.m. in Comstock Concert Hall at the School of Music. All university faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend. No classes will meet from 2 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on the 16th. Please modify meeting times for classes affected by this change. (For example, 3 p.m. classes should begin at 3:45 p.m.).
