David W. Hein

The special assistant to the provost oversees coordination of the university’s strategic planning efforts and related budget decisions. The special assistant is responsible for coordination of the university-wide strategic plan as well as making sure that unit plans complement the university-wide plan. The special assistant also assures that the university-wide budget and unit budgets support the strategic planning efforts of the university.
