Contact Family Program
The Contact Family Program provides international students and families in the Louisville community the opportunity to learn about each other's culture and establish friendships that can last a lifetime. Students are matched with local American families for a period of one year. During the year the student and family attempt to meet at least once a month for various activities such as dinner together, a picnic, or a visit to a museum.
If you are an international student at U of L and would like to sign up for a contact family, please print the Student Contact Family Application below and submit it to the International Center. If you are a community member and you would like to host an international student, please print and complete the Host Contact Family Application and submit it to the International Center.
