Gary W. Hughes, PMP
Chuck Millhollan, PMP, PgMP is the Director of Program Management for Churchill Downs Incorporated and has over 25 years experience in personnel and project management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Management in 1993 through Southern Illinois University, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2000 and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin in 2003. Chuck’s certifications include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) through the PMI
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
- Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) through ASQ
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) through ASQ
- Certified Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) through the Health Insurance Association of America
- IT Service Management Foundations Certificate
Chuck teaches Project Management, Program Management, Quality Management, Operations Management, and Critical Thinking courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level for several local universities and is the author of the University of Louisville Delphi Center’s (a PMI Registered Education Provider) Project Management Training and Certification Program.
Joe Luttrell, PMP has 20 years of experience in the Business Process and Program Management Areas. The first eight years came as an IT systems and database engineer with the remainder spent managing projects and programs. His work background spans the consumer goods, financial services and health-care industries. Joe obtained his PMP Certification in 2003 and is the Vice President of Programs for the Kentuckiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute. He is now pursing his America Society of Quality's Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He has a BBA degree from Eastern Kentucky University with the focus in Computer Information Systems and is a two-time Dale Carnegie award winning speaker and Graduate Assistant. When not managing project teams, he enjoys spending time with his two teen age daughters. Joe also enjoys playing the guitar and developing work related theological presentations.
Gary W. Hughes, PMP is a professional project manager, learning consultant, adult learning theorist, and application consultant dedicated to the development of cutting-edge learning applications and implementation of complex application solutions. He has been a professional trainer and motivational speaker for many years and has traveled throughout the United States and Europe educating programmers, web developers, and project managers. A certified Project Management Professional, Gary is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the PMI Kentuckiana chapter. He also is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
