	<p>Leadership focuses on getting others to do what they would not do on their own. Exemplary leadership 
    encompasses much, much more. </p>        
	<p>It involves thinking strategically, committing to self-improvement and lifelong learning, creating an innovative 
    culture, helping others become leaders, developing a solution-focused workforce, disseminating information, and instilling 
	a mindset of continuous improvement. </p>        
	<p>This intensive, interactive seminar explores the attributes of truly great leaders and then teaches 
    you how to acquire them for yourself.</p>        
	<p>In a highly interactive setting, you&rsquo;ll be challenged to move past your comfort zone and accelerate your growth to 
    lead your organization and its people more effectively. You&rsquo;ll<br>
    leave each of the five sessions with an &ldquo;instantly doable&rdquo;<br>
    step or thought to strengthen your leadership skills and your<br>
