	<p>While effective leadership is an essential ingredient,  a core of effective members is the true key to a team's success. </p>              
	<p>Effective team members are empowered, focused, dedicated, and disciplined. they are also self-starters and solution-oriented 
	problem solvers. This interactive workshop was specially designed to help you develop these critical skills. You'll learn to focus 
	on the big picture through the eyes of your leader as your successfully complete assignments.</p>
