Great coaches are made, not born. Whether on the basketball court on in the workplace, great coaches can transform mediocre performance into winning results. This new workshop explores the roles and tools critical for coaching in today's team-oriented, results-oriented workplace.
You will mine your own experiences to find the essence of good coaching, then work with others to discover techniques that will help you become a winning coach. You will also build on the fundamental principles of coaching as you practice and refine results-oriented coaching skills. Feel free to bring experiences with you for use in planning a personal coaching strategy.
