Proposal Format

1. Provide a brief rationale for the suspension or elimination of the program. Also, explain why the program is being suspended rather than eliminated OR eliminated rather than suspended.
2. Discuss the impact of the suspension or elimination on the University’s mission, strategic plan, and its goals. If the impact is negative in any way, please discuss what will be done to lessen this impact.
3. Discuss the impact of the suspension or elimination of the program on:
   
   1. Faculty – employment, workloads, etc.
   2. Student Enrollment
   3. Financial Resources
   4. Other University Programs
