Proposal Format

1. Provide a brief rationale for the reinstatement of the program. Also, explain why the program was originally suspended.
2. Please provide a copy of the curriculum of the reinstated program and a copy of the curriculum at the time of suspension. Provide a brief rationale for the current program and discuss any differences between the current program and the program at the time of suspension.
3. Discuss the impact of the reinstatement on the University’s mission, strategic plan, and its goals.
4. Discuss the impact of the reinstatement of the program on:
   1. Faculty – employment, workloads, etc.
   2. Student Enrollment
   3. Financial Resources (please complete Form 1 and Form 2)
   4. Other University Programs
