that provides insurance benefits to 
its members. There are several 
different Medicaid delivery

services to individuals who 
are aged or physically,

disabled, and who, without 
the services, would be 
admitted to a nursing 
facility.

Centers (CMHC), which provide 
mental health, substance abuse 
treatment and developmental

Mental Health Support in Kentucky 


 Mental health assistance for 
Indiana residents is offered 
through the Indiana Council of 
Community Mental Health 
Centers (ICCMHC), a nonprofit, 
association with 25 community-
based mental health providers.

Social Security Services 

�The Social Security Income 
(SSI) program pays benefits to 
disabled adults and children 
who meet certain 
requirements. Go to your local

wish to work or got o 
school there are 
programs to support 
you and continue your 
services. You must
