  • Travel and routine immunizations
  • Malaria prevention
  • Itinerary-based travel health counseling
  • Completion of health clearance forms

* Clinic registered with International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM)

How to schedule a travel visit:

PLEASE SCHEDULE AT LEAST 4 - 6 WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR IMMUNIZATIONS TO BEGIN PROTECTING YOU.
