Updated COVID Isolation Policies Fall 2024

Updated COVID Isolation policies for Fall 2024 are as follows: 

For non-clinical students, faculty and staff, the guidelines remain:   

  1. Treat COVID-19 as any other viral illness.
  2. Stay home if you are sick or running a fever. 
  3. Return to work or school when you feel better AND have been without a fever x 24 hours.

 For healthcare faculty, staff and students: 

  1. Isolate for 5 days from the date of testing (usually)
  2. If clinically improved and afebrile, may return to clinical duties wearing a N95 on days 6-10
