Testing and Training

All Cardholders, Reconcilers, and Approvers of ProCards are required to pass the online ProCard Policy/Procedures Test with a score of 100%.

Determine your role and complete the necessary steps outlined below:

Cardholder

Step 1

Register for the ProCard Policies/Procedures Test through Blackboard, if not already taken.  (Skip to step 3 if you’ve already completed the test.)

 

Step 2

Complete the test with a score of 100%.  Within 1 business day, you will receive an email from the ProCard Office indicating your test/training record is updated to proceed to the next step.

Step 3

Complete the Application with required signatures and send to ProCard Office.  Cards cannot be transferred from one cardholder to another.

Step 4

ProCard Office will submit request to the bank.

Step 5

ProCard Office will notify the cardholder, reconciler, and approver via email when card has arrived and is ready for pick up.

 

Reconciler or Cardholder/Reconciler dual role

Step 1

Register for the ProCard Policies/Procedures Test
AND
PeopleSoft Reconciler/Approver Training through Blackboard, if not already taken.

(Skip to step 3 if you’ve already completed the test and training.)

Step 2

Complete the test and training with a score of 100%.  Within 1 business day, you will receive an email indicating your test/training record is updated and to proceed to next step.

Step 3

PeopleSoft Role creation:

Step 4

ProCard Office will notify you when your role has been established in PeopleSoft.

*Approver or Approver/Reconciler dual role

Step 1

Register for the ProCard Policies/Procedures Test

AND

PeopleSoft Reconciler/Approver Training through Blackboard, if not already taken.

(Skip to step 3 if you’ve already completed the test and training.)

Step 2

Complete the test and training with a score of 100%.  Within 1 business day, you will receive an email indicating your test/training record is updated and instructions for next step.

Step 3

PeopleSoft role creation:

ProCard Office will notify you when your role has been established in PeopleSoft.

*The approval in PeopleSoft is a voluntary process; the approver's primary role is to review and sign-off on the monthly hard copy documentation - Transaction Summary Log, receipts, bank statement.  Please refer below to the Approver (Non PeopleSoft) section if you do not want to use PeopleSoft for approvals.

 

Approver (Non-PeopleSoft)

Step 1

Register for the ProCard Policies/Procedures Test through Blackboard(Skip to step 3 if you’ve already completed the test.)

Step 2

Complete the test with a score of 100%.  Within 1 business day, you will receive an email from the ProCard Office indicating your test/training record is updated and instructions for the next step.

Step 3

Complete and submit the Non-PeopleSoft Approver Form

Non-PeopleSoft Approver role creation:

ProCard Office will notify you when your role has been established in PeopleSoft.
