The Black Law Students Association was formed to promote the professional needs and goals of African-American students and students of African descent.

The Black Law Students Association was formed to promote the professional needs and goals of African-American students and students of African descent. Additionally, the organization functions to provide information and support to all minority students by fostering an environment of inclusion and creating alliances among alumni, faculty of color, and other BLSA members.
